Requirements
You are a tech-native leader who has successfully navigated the complexities of large-scale distributed environments.
- 10+ years of software engineering with 3+ years managing multiple teams in a high-concurrency environment (e.g., 30M+ transactions/users)
- Architectural Maturity: Authoritative knowledge of modern system design and distributed state management
- Strategic Orchestration: Serve as the vital link between C-suite objectives and engineering execution
- System Design Mastery: Well-versed in the trade-offs of event-driven architectures (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
- Operational Maturity: Refine engineering processes to increase innovation throughput
The Communication: Fluent in English. You can translate a complex architectural risk into a business-level decision for the Board of Directors.
